Small Space – Huge Style
This 500 sq ft studio apartment is located in the popular Lolo district of North Vancouver.
During this ‘down to the studs’ renovation, we kept ‘storage and functionality’ top of mind while designing each space. We made good use of every square inch of this cutie.
The bathroom features a large vanity with drawers and a cabinet to house linens.
The kitchen has enough storage for all your food and dishes and functions like a bigger kitchen with all the appliances you would need to make a gourmet meal. There is a sit up bar and a breakfast table that folds away when not in use.
The living room is spacious enough for a sectional and chair and offers amazing views of the inlet and Mt Baker beyond. We installed a queen size Murphy Bed along the main wall in the living room that functions as a bookshelf by day and a comfy bed at night.
There is plenty of clothes storage as well, with 3 closets, complete with drawers, in total.
We kept the finishes light, bright and durable, with quartz countertops, luxury vinyl flooring and stainless steel appliances.
