A Stroke of Genius offers a complete design/build service to upgrade lobbies and common areas in condominium buildings. We work alongside the owners and their representatives, taking into account how space is used, the demographics of the residents, security issues and the end-user.

THE PROCESS

Initial Meeting

Barbara meets with a representative of the Strata Council and/or Property Management Company to determine the upgrades required. This is followed by one of two options.

Option 1: Design Service:

Provide a Design Package consisting of:

  • Two Design/Concept Boards depicting two design options, including samples
    of proposed materials
  • Material Specification List (for construction purposes).

Option 2: Design/Build Service

Design Service as outlined above, as well as:

  • Ordering of approved products and materials
  • Scheduling of deliveries
  • Site meetings with trades to tender quotes
  • Project Scheduling
  • Site Supervision to ensure project adheres to approve design.
